  • What is the SIDEP Clinic?

    The SIDEP* Clinic offers prevention and screening services for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI) to people who are most at risk.

    *SIDEP : Integrated screening and prevention services for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections.

    Our STBBI screening and prevention services are offered at the CLSC du Marigot and at our partner facilities.

    Who can go to the SIDEP Clinic?

    • People who inject or sniff drugs
    • Gay men, bisexual men, or men who have sex with men (MSM) (both cis and trans)
    • Members of the First Nations, Inuit and Métis
    • Sexual partners of a person with an STBBI
    • People in difficulty (young people, adults)
    • People experiencing homelessness
    • People who are or have been incarcerated
    • People from countries where HIV is endemic
    • Sex workers and their clients
